Our office representatives are well-trained and experienced and are capable of making an exact estimation over the phone, thanks to the details you share with them. The quote does not oblige you in any way and is designed to save you time – we do not require any preparatory visits except in very rare occasions.
- Book a cleaner. Once you are convinced that booking a professional cleaning service is the smart choice, we are just a phone call away! No matter if you are interested in a regular cleaning or in an occasional clean, services are scheduled over the phone. To complete a booking you will be asked to provide the following information – full post code of the property, which areas need cleaning, when would you like the service to take place, what is the parking availability around your home, what is your preferable payment method. Note that the first clean for the day start as early as 8 am and the last one starts at 5 pm.
- Reschedule a service. We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly and we try to be as flexible as possible to assist you. If you need to change the date or time of an already booked cleaning, please contact us as soon as you are aware that the change is necessary, in order to avoid cancellation fees. When rescheduling a regular service, we will try to organize a visit by your dedicated cleaner in a more convenient time, but unfortunately, can’t guarantee it.
